Placed under the aegis of AFNIC, the Syre­li pro­ce­dure allows to sanc­tion obvi­ous and indis­putable infringe­ments of a trade­marks right result­ing from the reg­is­tra­tion by third par­ties of iden­ti­cal or sim­i­lar domain names.

The Syre­li pro­ce­dure con­cerns the .FR exten­sion and the exten­sions del­e­gat­ed to AFNIC and only applies to French cas­es. It allows you to request the dele­tion or trans­fer of the dis­put­ed domain name to your ben­e­fit.
